Library Card

Who can get a library card, how to apply, and how to use your library card.
 
  • A new patron must provide a form of identification, preferably with a photo, a birthdate or driver's license number, and a current address.
  • Applications for minor children ages 5 to 17 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Parent or legal guardian must provide identification at the time of application. 
  • Children over the age of sixteen with a valid government issued ID (school IDs are not applicable) and proof of residence can apply for a card without guardian signature.
  • Adults must fill out their own applications. If someone wishes to apply for someone other than himself/herself, send the application home to be signed by the responsible party who is applying for the card.
  • Patrons may check out up to 20 items on one card.
