Geri-Fit

The library offers Geri-Fit classes on Tuesday and Friday afternoons free of charge. The classes will be led by a KPL staff member on Tuesdays and Fridays weekly from 2 to 3 p.m. Geri-Fit is a low-impact fitness class linked to benefitting the lives of older adults, however, anyone is welcome to join and participate. The library will provide the weights, instruction, and support. 

Patrons interested in attending must sign a waiver before participation. Waivers can be found at the front desk or online here.

DIY

The library currently offers a monthly DIY for adults every second Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.
